You should be able to use our site from a mobile device for some functions, and we also have a mobile app that you can download here:  https://knowledgebase.constantcontact.com/articles/KnowledgeBase/5928-download-the-constant-contact-...

The mobile app allows you to create and send emails.  It doesn't have all of the functionality of the desktop version, but it may be what you're looking for.
