No Access to Creating a New Campaign

I log in. The usual screen comes up, I click Create. A large box appears in the middle of the screen. There are two images which are partially obscured where you can click. None takes me to being able to create a new email to send to my customers. There is no help available. I do not have the luxury of having all day to screw around around with this. It is now (9pm Friday) or maybe it's not. This is very disturbing. Lots of cool new ways to get in front of customers--but for me it all starts with the basic email which is apparently not available because of some glitch or maybe constant doesn't do that anymore. If this isn't remedied soon I will be looking for a different email provider.

Hi @LawrenceC99 thank you for bringing this to our attention. I apologize you are unable to create your emails as easily as you should! With that being said, we would like to collect a few more details on your experience so we can troubleshoot this further for you. For instance, what images are you seeing after clicking create? Also, what browser are you working in? Does this happen in any other browser or a private/incognito window? We always recommend testing your browser to see if there are any 3rd party add-ons effecting how Constant Contact works for you.
