Renaming campaigns doesn't take

0 Votes
I have tried to rename a couple of campaigns but the new names do not show up in the list of Recent Campaigns. The new names do appear at the top when I click a campaign title in the list. This is not a problem if I'm the person working on the campaigns, but could be confusing the colleagues who do.

Thanks for reporting this @DanA41893! We just recently started rolling out a new custom code editor, and it looks like this is a bug where renaming the campaign on certain pages isn't reflecting to new name everywhere. We're aware of the issue now. In the mean time, I believe if you edit the name of your next campaign while you're in the edit mode of that email, it should be reflected in all pages.

Aside from this, we hope you're enjoying some of the new improvements to the custom code editor.

We're updating the status of this idea to more accurately reflect its current status with our engineering team and also made slight changes to the subject line in order for it to be more easily found. We can't guarantee a commitment to address this issue but should indicate some awareness that we have heard your feedback and could be taken under consideration for a future release. As mentioned in Kyle's initial reply, the workaround is to rename the campaign directly through the editor.
