Ridiculous billing policy

When I enrolled for month-on-month program, no where it states that it will auto renew every month. So I thought I'm paying for only 1st month. When I check my credit card statement I realized I getting for every moth. What a rip-off! And the customer service is rude. I have cancelled the account.

I am sorry to hear of your frustration and that you cancelled. It is a monthly service with a reoccuring fee at this time. There is not a way to pay for just a month unless you pay and then cancel. 


We do have a suspend option if you are looking to only use the account occasionally. Thanks again for posting your feedback.
