Your customer service folks are great. I suggest they quickly show customers how to use self help tools so they don't need to wait in the queue. However, don't make the customer feel that CC does not want the phone engagement.

What types of self-help tools would you like to see that would be helpful for you?  Would it be things within the account as you are using it, or is there a different experience you would like to see when you go to the Help Center?
