Sending Campaigns

I sent an email yesterday that was for something only for today 9/11. Around 6:30 or 7 this evening it started sending more emails, which there was no point in. You really should give an option to stop a campaign from sending if you are going to split up the contacts. If I sent it yesterday, why would I want it sent again? Does that make sense?
