Several bad things have happened since I signed up

1. No one told me that my 51 error emails would disappear in one week.... 2. You guys aren't hooked up to Mac Mavericks so I had to upload all my contacts thru google which is a nightmare... google included almost 1000 email address that are really old... It's taken me 2 days to clean up my contacts on yr site. 3. Each time I call customer support I get very nice guys trying to help me... but I sometimes get 3 different answers to my question... so i keep calling back to see what the next person thinks the solution is... I'lm really pissed off about losing 50 email contacts. best **Removed By Moderator**

Hi Deborah, 

I am sorry to hear of your frustration. Unfortunately the activity information from your import does only last 7 days. If you would like to see those errors again you can always reimport the list of contacts--the same errors will apper again and your contacts wouldnt be added to the list twice.
