This morning I was trying to to complete my weekly news digest for ConstructForSTL.org, which goes out to 10,000 emails. I needed to crop a photo slightly, so instead of going to Photoshop I used the built in editor. In the middle of trying to save a crop my browser froze. This was the last item in my newsletter, which needed to go out in an our. FINALLY, a popup questionnaire asking me to rate the Constant Contact photo editor came up. Trust me, CC did NOT want to know what I thought of their editor at that particular moment. I generally LOVE Constant Contact and have recommended it to friends, clients, and complete strangers. I do not need to constant see ads for seminars when I log in, and I DEFINITELY do not need popups in the middle of my workflow when I'm on deadline. That's just plain rude and DUMB!!!
