I would suggest an email be sent to users whenever there is a status update/issue. It would save a step and alert users real time. Other SaaS I use do that and it helps be prepared if there is an issue for me.
Hi @MikeS24155 would you expect an email like this to be sent to the contact address on the account. Currently any status updates or site wide defects are announced both on our Constant Contact Status page along with banners in the account. How do either of these options not fit your needs?
