I'm still fighting (learning) the (not-so-new-anymore) layout system ... but gaining (I think). Actually, I'm very proud NOT to have had to call your excellent customer service team this time ... tell them hello for me please. If only other companies had phone people like you have, the world (at least my little part of it) would be a MUCH happier place ... THANK YOU!
