Thank you, Michael!

I am very new to Constant Contact and have, since the first campaign I sent on October 31st, I have gotten wonderful help from the customer service reps, and today I had the pleasure of speaking with Michael who had to repeat things over and over to me because my head is about as thick as a coconut, but I eventually saw the light in what he was trying to explain.
