Hello, I have been a Constant Contact user for many years (this account is new since I switched companies) and have ALWAYS been happy with the service that I have received over the phone. I just got off the phone with **Removed by moderator** and she was not helpful at all and mentioned that I 'just need to learn the product better'. What a disappointment in customer service.
