Unique Opens List

The way you currently have it set up > if someone opens a campaign more than once, that contact is included in the unique open list with the most recent date and timestamp, as opposed to the date/time they first opened the email. The issue > if someone is manually exporting the unique opens every day in order to manually distribute them to their sales people, they must manually dedupe the entire exported list against the previous days export to ensure there are no duplicate contacts being distributed. Every day. The fix > have the date/timestamp default to the first time the contact opens the email. This eliminates dupes between unique open exports, and saves a to of manual effort and time. The same may apply to the click-throughs...not totally sure. Thank you!
