With a recent change we made sometimes the 'My Account' section of your account where you would go to logout becomes hidden depending on the size of the browser window you are working in. It is something we are working to fix. If you expand your browser window you should be able to see the option.
If you aren't able to find it would you be able to send me a screenshot so I can take a look?
