automation

The automation has been a complete letdown. There is not a way to set specific times/dates. Teh one I sent didn't go off right. Should be more intuitive than it is.

Hi @JillE26 thank you for sharing this feedback with us. I apologize for the experience you've had with your automation campaign. You are correct, these automated email series do not offer the ability to select a specific calendar date or time to be scheduled. Instead they are scheduled by the trigger you select whether it be joining a list or a specific interaction with a previously sent email campaign. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and have tracked this feedback in your account.

Hello @JillE26,

We hear your feedback and I am very sorry to hear that you feel this way about our email automation feature. How were you expecting to set a specific time frame? Did you want to set a certain date for original email or  the following emails in the series. What trigger were you using for your series?

Occasional Visitor

It would be great to add this feature and have a "newsletter" type email go out each week.  For example we send our affiliates an email each week with a link to our report sharing updates with our clients.  I would love for it to go out every friday at 10 am to everyone in the list instead of only those who click on it. Is there a feature already like this that I'm missing or can this be added in the future?
