The automation has been a complete letdown. There is not a way to set specific times/dates. Teh one I sent didn't go off right. Should be more intuitive than it is.

Hi @JillE26 thank you for sharing this feedback with us. I apologize for the experience you've had with your automation campaign. You are correct, these automated email series do not offer the ability to select a specific calendar date or time to be scheduled. Instead they are scheduled by the trigger you select whether it be joining a list or a specific interaction with a previously sent email campaign. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and have tracked this feedback in your account.

We hear your feedback and I am very sorry to hear that you feel this way about our email automation feature. How were you expecting to set a specific time frame? Did you want to set a certain date for original email or  the following emails in the series. What trigger were you using for your series?
