terrible start . I had an appointment at 9 am central time I have a name and confirmation number no one called I have been on hold over 12 min. and reps keep bouncing me from one another no help so far al I keep hearing , your call may be monitored ... I hope so I am really disappointed with the service
Hi @BelalJ2. I don't see any record of a call being scheduled for you today. I see that you were able to contact Support and I hope they were able to assist you. However, if you could forward the confirmation number or email you received to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com, we will see what we can do.
