downloading campaign as pdf

as soon as I click Download, it pops up Access Denied and shuts down my browser

Are you working in Internet Explorer when this happens? If so, can you try taking this action in another browser to test? We've heard of this happening in IE and are working hard to resolve!

It would be really helpful if I was able to download my newsletter to a PDF or Word doc that was suitable for printing and distributing. Currently when I download my newsletter campaign the formatting is really messed up and is not suitable for printing and distributing at meetings/conferences. This is a big problem for us because we like to include our recent newsletters in our marketing package to prospective new members.
