We sent out a number of emails to our customers and a large majority Did Not Open. I contacted the customer to confirm they did not get the email. Spoke to Bob and selected the particular email and sent it through Constant Contact. The customer this time got the email. The question is why not the first time? Karl

Thanks for posting! This is an interesting situation. It's possible the open wasn't tracked on the first send due to where the email was opened. Do you know if the email was viewed on a computer, tablet or mobile device?
