My salesperson promised me a lot of things they couldn't deliver on to get me to sign up for an account. After I signed up, they were very hard to get in touch with and mostly non-responsive. It's clear they just wanted to make a sale and didn't actually care about helping me. I would have been much more open to keeping my account had they been honest up front, but I canceled after my bad experience. Please do better, Constant Contact!
