Terrible User Experience. Whoever had the idea that you need to change your account password in order to change the phone number associated with the Two-Factor identification needs to be fired. This is terrible and completely unnecessary. If you are already logged in to the account, there is NO reason to have to change the password in order to change the phone number. The measures taken for security is absolutely over the top...please change that.

I think it sucks that I can't look at old emails in the old editor. You should have preserved a read-only copy that I could at least refer to.

Do you test your changes before rolling them out to production? It would appear you do not. If you did, you would notice that you can no longer print a single invoice with payment information. Very FRUSTRATING!

Emails I made last month won't copy so I can re-use them even though there's a copy button across from it. This new editor and new format is horrible. It's for people who have no idea what they're doing.

CAN YOU PLEASE make it easy to RESEND a piece upon the request of the customer??? As it stands now, when you try and enter the address the system comes up with "you've already sent" or a "same name" notation....??? You've got "quick send" somewhere but it's BURIED and not easily found.... IT IS COMMONPLACE TO HAVE TO SEND AGAIN......!!!! PLEASE ADJUST AND MAKE IN APPARENT HOW TO DO THIS. THE Word 'RESEND" SHOULD BE SET OUT AND OBVIOUS.... THANKS~!!!!!

It was pretty easy! I had trouble using the same photo for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. I couldn't edit the photo to the size required for Instagram using Canva. Now I guess I have to create a separate post using a different photo. I tried to use the feedback pop-up on that page but there was no "submit" button.

I can't tell you how many times I have left the Constant Contact window to go do something else and then came back after I had been timed out. But the screen looks exactly the same as when I left, so I think I made it in time and I procede to keep working. Only certain things prompt the Uh_oh pop up, so sometimes I go on and on with editing my email and making changes only to find out eventually that none of it took and I have to re-log in and re-do all those changes. Could there be a pop up that comes on as soon as you are timed out so I don't have to go through this? Thanks so much!
