long support times

I have NEVER called when it's not a busy support day/time. Today I called at 1006 and was told the wait time would be less than 25 min. I called at 8:30 and wasn't told how long the wait would be, but it was more than 4 minutes. That's unacceptable. When is it not a busy support day/time. I'd like to call then.

Thanks for this feedback! We do have different messaging based on what time of day it is and how busy the system is so I am sorry you had trouble reaching us. We've had no wait time today if you are still needing to speak to someone or we're happy to help here.
