Hi @DebbieS109 what unsubscribe changes are you speaking of? Are you being taken to the My Account section of your account when trying to view your unsubscribed contacts?

I am trying to make sure when someone wants to unsubscribe that I have all the correct “buttons” available. Help tells me to go the My Account to change or view my “Unsubscribe options” .

Not sure I am explaining this correct!
