My email wont send! it states: 'Needs additional information', this is not true everything is good & as it has been for the last 7+ years. The office is closed so no one to correct this error!!! Any advice?
When testing this out we did not receive the same error and the test campaign was successfully sent.
What browser are you using? If you log out and log back in and attempt to send does it still show you the same error? Usually this error happens if there are special characters in your physical address in your footer. If you remove the special characters do you get the same error?
