I have been having trouble with people who accidently unsubscribe from our mailing list. I call or email them to make certain they meant to unsubscribe and most of the time it was accidental. I ask for their permission to resubscribe them and then I use the resubscribe function. About half the time I get a message from them saying they never received the unsubscribe email and when I check their contact info it still shows them as awaiting confirmation. How can we get this function to work properly. I don't have the time to deal with this persistent problem by having to contact support weekly.
