Sending out Welcome emails

I have just finished setting up my website and do not have any contacts yet. However, I just tried to develop a welcome email for the sign-up popup on my website and it says I have to enter my business address, but I work from home so I definitely do not want my address on the emails. What do I need to do to bypass this? TIA

Re: Sending out Welcome emails

Hi @BrittanyP217

Thank you for reaching out to the Constant Contact Community. It's my pleasure to assist you today.

I'm sorry for the issue with the address on your Welcome Email. Due to the CAN-SPAM Act, guidelines require that all emails sent have the physical address or PO Box of the business in the footer of the email. Due to these requirements, there isn't a way to bypass this option.

Please feel free to reach out should you have other questions. Thank you for choosing Constant Contact. Have a great day!
