If you're not already scheduled for one (you would've received a TimeTrade notification email from the Sales agent you purchased with), I'd suggest calling our regular Support line to get one scheduled.
Speaking with our regular phone support agents is also a great option if you'd like to do a Screen Share (for just the Constant Contact interface), so that the agent can visually guide you while you're being introduced to the system.
I'd also definitely suggest taking a look at our Knowledge Base library of guides, tutorials, and overviews. There's tons of great articles with step-by-step instructions and visual aids to help you get started. I suggest this one, which provides links to almost every article you'll need for getting up and running.
