(Sorry this post appeared as one long block of text; I tried adding paragraph breaks in the posting interface, but they were deleted.)
Hello @AmbulatoryManagement ,
A few potential workarounds for this:
I have already tried all of these methods. The default font size is set at 14 pt for body text, feature text, and article text; I always manually update the font size as well; and in addition to always using the "Paste as plain text" feature, I spent some time while I was troubleshooting this also trying to use Notepad in that way to see if "Paste as plain text" was somehow not functioning as it should.
Does the resizing also occur when actually test sending the email, and viewing it in an email app? If so, is it occurring in every email app you have access to?
There is no incorrect sizing of the text on my desktop computer anywhere other than in the Mobile preview area - test email, email editing interface on constantcontact.com, actual email (in multiple applications), etc. all are normal. I do not have a mobile device that I can use to view real HTML-formatted email, so I don't have info about how the emails truly display on mobile devices with that capability.
Interesting, thank you very much for all the troubleshooting info you gathered. I'll get this submitted to our devs for further investigation.
