Please explain why I was billed twice in december.

I apologize for any confusion these charges may have caused! While we are unable to go into your billing detail's here in the Community, we can go over some of our basic billing process. Our system bills all accounts billed five days prior to the monthly service period start date ensure that the payment will have processed by the time your bill date comes around. So if your previous bill date is somewhere between the 1st and the 5th of the month, your new invoice will occur in the same month. As a result of the billing schedule and all of your charges come five days prior to the 1st of the month. This will however occur for the first month only.
