2nd email problem

I just tried to add a 2nd email to an email account and it won't let me add a 2nd email. I have two clients that are ready to cancel because of this. What is going on?

There is no 2nd email anymore.  I don't know if all the contact records with two or more emails have been broken up and separated into distinct contacts yet, but that's the plan.  You will now be responsible for changing the way you collect and upload your data, the way you edit your contacts, the way you work with exports, the way you do your reporting.  You may need to rewrite some of your organization's business rules just to accommodate this change in the database structure.

Just a few little things.

I'm very sorry for the frustration. A communication was sent to the contact e-mail address on file letting customers know about the change.

The change was made recently to contacts where users can no longer add secondary (or tertiary, etc.) e-mail addresses to the same contact. This was done to optimize the Contacts system as well as simplify contact organization for the customer. 

We understand the difficulty some customers will have with the change to single contact management.
