2nd hour trying to get help with my problem

Hi, I STILL cannot get into my constant contact website to edit my website.  I am still seeing the same thing on my end after spending 45 minutes on the phone, and upgrading and paying $20 to upgrade which I was told would fix the problem.  I was told on Monday that within 24 hours this issue would be resolved.  Please advise.
