3 Day Old Problem - Please Help Me!!!

I set up an online store/landing page at ConstantContact and chose PayPal as my provider.

People have ordered and paid through PayPal. The money is not transferring. 

On the Constant Contact side, the payment status of some transactions says "Payment Pending" and some say "Payment Waiting". I have no idea why they say different things.

On the PayPal side, some of the payments have come through but they say "Unclaimed". I have gone through the process of verifying my email already.

Some of the transactions that show up on ConstantContact don't show up at all on PayPal.

But still I have no money available to me and my customers are waiting on their Christmas orders to be shipped, but I have no idea how I'm going to get paid so I am reluctant to ship out something that may or may not ever be paid for.

The PayPal people are saying the problem is on Constant Contact's end. The Constant Contact people are saying it's on PayPal's end. I've been bouncing back and forth between the two companies for 3 days now!!!

We need a meeting of the minds. Both sides are saying they can't call out to the other, no one call out, and I have to make "tickets" and send email messages. Meanwhile, I have shut down the store because I don't know what's happening and I'm losing money in the middle of the Christmas shopping season. Who can help me solve this???
