38 minutes on hold

I have been on hold for almost 40 minutes....merely to cancel my account.  Really??!!

Constant Contact is spot on when I wanted to sign up or add service. 

What an annoying auto play,,, "don't hang up..." 

This leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
