3rd Party Info

We've created a value-add email for Halloween and used some links to Halloween ideas (treats, decoration, etc) from a google search.  Sites like HGTV, Women's Day, etc have articles about Halloween and we have created links to their content from our email.

Is it OK to use 3rd party links in our email?  Do we need to have some type of qualification on our email?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
