Abandoned Cart Email Integration with WooCommerce

I have abandoned cart emails set up with our WooCommerce integration, and I've had a few customers email to say that they received the email after they had ordered. My best guess is that it's because Constant Contact seems to sync with WooCommerce only once per day. Is there a way to increase the number of times it syncs per day? Or might it be another problem?

Thank you!

Hi !

Thanks for reaching out to the Community! There is a know issue with the WooCommerce abandoned cart email sending to customers that did not abandon. We are collecting information on this so we can get it fixed. Please send an email to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with the following information:

  • Affected contacts
  • Products included in the email
  • What action did the contacts take? Purchase items, empty shopping cart, etc
  • When was the email sent?
  • Are you using another extension or add-in that sends Cart Abandoned emails (e.g. WooCommerce Follow-ups)?
