Thanks for reaching out to the Community! There is a know issue with the WooCommerce abandoned cart email sending to customers that did not abandon. We are collecting information on this so we can get it fixed. Please send an email to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with the following information:
- Affected contacts
- Products included in the email
- What action did the contacts take? Purchase items, empty shopping cart, etc
- When was the email sent?
- Are you using another extension or add-in that sends Cart Abandoned emails (e.g. WooCommerce Follow-ups)?
