Recently, we used CC to conduct a survey for our associates. The "start" rate is strong, but the submission rate was only about 50%. What is considered a decent submission rate for surveying a targeted audience? Thanks.

Hello @TerriW03 ,

This can vary based on some different factors, such as audience, survey length, incentives offered to complete, how widely it's shared on different platforms, etc. While we don't really have a metric for a start vs. completion ratio, 10-20% responsiveness from audiences tend to be the standard.

For more info and insight on anticipating survey responsiveness, I'd recommend checking out this article.
