Ability to schedule for all times is not working

When scheduling the time to send out a campaign, the setting for :05 minutes past the hour is not working.  Hopefully this can be fixed.

Hello @brickpres ,

 

Can you elaborate at all on how it isn't working? Is the email itself just not sending, or is it sending out much later, or early at the XX:00 time?
