I have multipe email lists and cannot access any of them. I can send and receive a test message. There is a new page that offers the label "email list" or segments. What do I do?

When I log into your account, everything comes up normally - including the contact management screen. Would you be able to provide a screenshot of what you're seeing? that way I can do a comparison and see if it's a weird connectivity issue or something else altogether.
