Hi Support Team,

Constant contact still charge my credit card on13 May 2020

Can you help check and return the amount. Thank you!

I got this reply from William D on 12 April:

"As I said, your account is already set for cancellation and shouldn't be charged further. If you believe you've been charged despite the cancellation, please let us know and we'll investigate further. Otherwise you shouldn't need to take any further action."

I'm sorry, I'm not sure what happened. I resubmitted you case; the team that will be handling the cancellation and refund will make sure to reach out as soon as they have an update.
