Account Cancelled

My account was cancelled, but I did not request to cancel it. When I try to call customer support they ask for a telephone number but I never associated one with my account, so I'm not able to get into contact with anyone.

I apologize for any confusion the status of your account may cause! I have taken a look and can see this disable was put in place by our Account Review. At this time this team is however only available by phone. Are you able to connect with our Account Review Specialists at the numbers listed here?

No, I'm not able to reach anyone by phone since the automated message asks for a phone number associated with my account first, and I never set up a phone number.

What is the number you are calling? Does calling our Account Review directly at 866-433-8499 ask for a phone number as well? If you are still unable to connect with this team after calling into that number please let us know. We would be happy to set up a call back ticket with this team. These tickets can however take 48-72 business hours for a turnaround as we are an incoming call center.
