Account Deactivation Notice but No Support Available

I tried to sign in today and received the message 'Account Deactivation Notice'. When I tried to reach support I recording told me there was no one available to help me and to visit the website or use the online chat. Nothing was available to assist me.


I'm left in limbo.

I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with trying to reach us for support. We had limited support due to the fact we were upgrading/exchanging our telephony equipment to better support our customers going forward. All of our phone support department are now operational and you should be able to contact us live to resolve this account issue.
