I signed up for Constant Contact yesterday, paid my $45 monthly. The screen got hung up after I had submitted my credit card, the screen got hung up. I tried to reset it and I still couldn't get it to work. I got the email to activate my email address and it worked. Then when I went to login to my account, it tells me that my account has been deactivated and to call customer service. I haven't had a chance to call CS because I was until late last night.
Can any tell me if they have had this issue before?
