My account was hacked. Someone imported almost 5,000 contacts and then sent a campaign. It is Sunday and I am unable to get in touch with anyone. I already changed my password - and recommendations on what to do?

Thanks Zoe. I changed my username also- thanks for the suggestion. When I call the number in the link, it says that no one is in the office today. Any idea who else I can call?

No, my bounced email problem has not been fixed. I sent nearly 1600 emails yesterday and again today, each time about 1200 were bounced. These are emails that I have used many times before and, unless they have been corrupted, while in the care of Constant Contact, I know they are valid.
Please tell me exactly what happened and how you are going to fix it.
Unfortunately, it isn't an error on our end when an email bounces. We don't control when emails bounce, we just receive the message from the Internet Service Provider. Please click here to see the reasons for bounced emails and what we recommend you do with them. Thanks!
