After I verified my email account, my account was temporarily deactivated. But today, my Constant Contact account has been canceled. My question is: if my account was canceled by Constant Contact themselves, will I be charged anymore? Are they gonna keep taking my money out of my account?
Hi @FirstNameL70228. When an account is canceled by our teams, it is no longer considered active and billable. Therefore, you will not be charged going forward.
