Account Locked Before I Ever Sent an Email

Constant contact has locked my account before I ever have sent an email.

Worse, they did this over a weekend when they had no service available and no phones working to address the issue.

They had no problem taking my money though.

So far this "great" program SUCKS!

Thank you for reaching out to the Community about your account! I apologize this is the experience you had with your account. This is definitely not the experience we want our users to have. I can however see you were able to speak with our Account Review Department about this as well. This team was able to remove this disable from your account. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist with in the meantime.
