My account is under review since last week and I'd like to know how long it takes to get available again to send emails. Our company work with e-commerce and we need it urgently.
I can't get in touch with an Account Review Specialist.

These are great questions! An account review means there's an aspect of your account that has been flagged by our Compliance team. The reason an account review can be triggered can vary based on the account. While under a review you can continue to work in your account with the exception of sending your campaigns. If you have any further questions on this process please contact our Account Review Department directly. These agents can help find the answers you need and go through the necessary steps for the review you are currently under.
Thank-you for the response. But the whole purpose of our account with Constant contact is to send out bulk emails.
What seems to be the problem?
The account review dept is not working. I have tried all the UK numbers, which say they no longer work, as the time delay difference with USA and Aus is pointless. ( have left voice messages there too )
Please can you advise how long this will take to rectify?

The good news is this hold has been removed from your account. Do you still see a notice in your account saying you're under a review? You should be all set now.
