how do I delete users that are no longer using or accessing or allowed to access my account? I'm trying to add a new user and I'm told I need to upgrade??

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I apologize about your users not being able to be deleted. We had to get our Billing Team to clear those old users so you can now go into your account to edit and change them to new people. Thank you and have a wonderful day!
