Hello,

 

I just newly subscribe and get a notification saying the account was deactivated for whatever reason. This is quite disappointing. I have also billed twice please check my account. Thank you

It appears your account is currently under review. You'll need to speak with our Review team over the phone to securely discuss your account status. Reviews are an important part of our business, as it helps mitigate spam and scam accounts, ensure compliant emailing, and to safeguard sending reputations for you, our other customers, and for our company as a whole.

If for whatever reason you're unable to call in or stay on the line, we can get a ticket submitted for a callback. Please be aware this ticket has a 24-business hour turnaround, depending on the size of their queue. If you need us to do this, just let us know.

 

Additionally, it appears this is still a trial account without any associated billing info, so I'm not seeing any effective transactions associated with your account. If you believe you've been charged by our system, then I'd suggest speaking with our Billing team directly. They'll be better equipped to look you up by card number to see if any transactions have come from it.
