Nothing is showing in your account for deactivation at this time for Billing or Review. Have you confirmed the email is coming from an email address with the constantcontact.com domain?
If the email did come from us, please confirm if the email is referencing your live account, and not a previously cancelled account or expired trial from years ago. If the email didn't actually come from us, I'd strongly suggest you update your login info for the account, block the sending address, and run a virus scan of your device.
