Account deactivation

My account was deactivated. is that because I have to pay for it now?

Hi @Anonymous it appears your account was deactivated by our Account Review Department. Because of this we would suggest contacting our Account Review Department directly as we are unable to assist with this here in the Community.

They said to start over with a new account. I tried and it keeps taking me to the old one.
