Account question

Hi, I used Constant Contact for an assignment for a client of mine, and we won't be using it again for quite some time. Is there a way to pause the account or do I have to cancel it altogether? /Stellan

Hi @StellanL

You can suspend your account for a small fee if you would like. This makes sure your account continues to collect email addresses and that all the information remains untouched until you return. Our billing team can help go over the details of this and other options available to you. Please give them a call Monday-Friday, 7am-9pm EST.

I have opened a case to the billing team to take a look at your account. Typically we require a call but I understand the situation and have made that clear in the case. The turnaround time for this case is 3-4 business days.
